Cat's dressed tastefully again, which is disconcerting. I mean, her dress has this huge, gaudy, gold-and-jeweled thing around the neck, but she's all covered up again. The eye makeup is hot.
The group number was a very cool routine to "Seven Nation Army". And it was Tabitha & Napoleon, which surprised me only because I'm used to them doing slower, more lyrical hip hop lately. But that routine kicked ass.
Are we never going to be rid of The Stumpies? They annoy me so much now, but every Stumpy in America must be voting for them. Cuz those effers are safe once again. Bottom Three Couples:
Caitlin and Jason
Jeanine and Phillip
Melissa and Ade
It definitely should have been Randi and Evan in that last slot. Boooo.
I loved Phillip's solo and he used a song from The Fifth Element. Mike has to like him now! Ade and Melissa had the best solos for sure - and it was the first time getting to see them do one. So at least we were entertained by America's failure.
Bye-bye: Caitlin (totally agree with that, no problems there) and Phillip. Damn. I can see how Phillip is more of a trickster than a dancer, but he's freaking entertaining, dammit. And Jason stinks. Plus, now Mike is happy, and we can't have that.
