A rep for the Spider-Man star confirms that the latest addition to the family was named Otis Tobias Maguire. No explanation was given for the name Otis, though the baby's middle name of Tobias is the formal version of the actor's first name.

Otis was born May 8. Maguire, 34, and wife Jennifer Meyer, 32, are also parents to daughter Ruby, 2 1/2. The couple met in 2003 and married in 2007.
